About the Committee
The committee is established with an aim to provide the employees an easy and readily accessible mechanism for prompt Grievance Redressal Process.
Objective
The aim of this committee is to facilitate the process of resolution and to enable problems to be resolved.
Procedure
♦️ The purpose of the grievance procedure set out below is to provide a means for dealing fairly and promptly with any grievance which a Teaching staff may have in the course of, and/or connected with, his or her employment with the institution.
♦️ The Staff approach the Committee to voice their grievances regarding academic and non academic matters.
♦️ The cell redresses the grievances from individual and also from group of staff of common interest.
♦️ Registration of grievances can be submitted through email-id (hicasprincipal@hindusthan.net, principal@hicas.ac.in) or to the members of committee or to the Head of the Department directly.
♦️ The committee will review the matter and respond appropriately with the decision within 15 working days duration. Certain issues are taken to the knowledge of the management.
♦️ The Committee members would address the issue/grievance and the recommendations of the grievance committee shall be communicated to the concerned employee within 15 days. A copy of the minutes of the grievance committee meeting is also supplied to the employee.
Responsibilities
♦️ To review the letter received from the staff.
♦️ To analyze each complaint received from staff by collecting the required information/data from concerned people.
♦️ The proceedings will be forwarded to the Principal for further action.
