Programme Description

Our B.Sc Catering Science & Hotel Management is a three year degree program affiliated to Bharathiar University. It includes 4 major core papers Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front office Operations, Housekeeping Management. The students will undergo professional training and develop skills in Hospitality service establishments in areas such as Hotel Administration, Hospital, Airline, Cruise line, And MNC's, especially in the Food service, Food preparation, Marketing also opportunity to become an Entrepreneur to run catering operations.
