ABOUT THE CLUB
In our College, the Yoga Club was started in the year 2016-17. Yoga club conducts programs to staff and students to understand the importance of maintaining good health both physically and mentally. Yoga club spreads awareness about the importance of yoga among the students as well as the staff members. The club conducts various yoga activities for students and staff members to share their body and mind to conscious and sub-conscious levels. We actively work on yoga principles and try to find a ray of wisdom which brings-in real happiness and inner peace in our hearts.
Aim of the Club
To provide improved attention in studies, self-discipline and self-control, leading to immense amount of awareness, concentration and higher level of consciousness.
Objectives

♦ To practice mental hygiene and cognition.
♦ To possess an emotional stability.
♦ To integrate moral values.
♦ To attain higher level of consciousness of yoga education.
