Department of Social Work, Hindusthan College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore in collaboration with National Institute of Social Defence, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, New Delhi organized a “One Day offline sensitization Program on the Provisions of Transgender Persons Act, 2019, and Rules 2020”.
The Inaugural Event was held on 27th January 2023 at 10 A.M. at C V Raman Hall, Hindusthan College of Arts & Science, Coimbatore.
The Chief Guests of the Inaugural were Dr. R. Giri Raj, Director, National Institute of Social Defence, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India and Mr. C. Vijayakumar, IPS, Deputy Inspector General of Police, Coimbatore District.
