Courses Description

Training Candidates to become a Baking and Pastry Arts professionals through hands-on experience and the development of competency based skills on Baking.

Course Design :

This course is designed to educate Candidates in the art of Baking and Pastry Arts. Candidates will learn the basics of mixing, shaping and baking of several baked goods including quick breads, cakes, pastry dough, mousses, sauces, glazes, cookies, candies and confections. Candidates will learn in a well-equipped, modern kitchen. This course includes classroom instruction and practical lab work in a commercial kitchen.
