About the Department

Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning is a three years programme spanning six semesters. Intelligent machines have substituted human competencies in diverse areas. Artificial intelligence is the intelligence unveiled by machines or software. It is the branch of computer science that emphasizes on creating intelligent machines that work and react like humans. Our students received prizes in various competitions, faculty members and many of our students received “Most Voted Invention Award”, Gold Medals, Silver Medals, Bronze Medals etc for product prototype exhibit in iNVENTX Multimedia University. The student association Hitron, inculcates curricular and co-curricular aspects among students. Our students have been actively participating in various international, national conferences, workshops, extracurricular events and won various awards and rewards. Department promotes Science and Technology through Regional Languages, Books, Lab Manuals and Youtube Channel. This course is designed meticulously to fine tune Graduate research attributes and inculcate research interest among the students to pursue higher education or to get expertise in domain for employment. It also provides the scope for reputed MNC placements and startup innovations in the domain. Department has nine well qualified and TCS trained faculty members. Dr. S. Sasikala, Head of the Department recognized as Drone pilot by DGCA, Government of India – UAV and Drone Technology is included in curriculum as hands on training Faculties are expertise the principle of Artificial Intelligence and problem solving, inference, perception, knowledge representation, and learning. Exhibit high standards with regard to application of AI techniques in intelligent agents and expert systems. Instigate the nuances of artificial neural networks and machine learning models. Explores the scope, potential, limitations, and implications of drone, UI Path and intelligent systems. along with a machine learning model. Placements are highly commendable and our recruiters are ZOHO, TCS, CTS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Zappy works, Sutherland etc in various roles with 8.6 LPA package in Zoho. Our Alumni students are persuing higher education in various International Universities.
