About the Department

The Department of Mathematics was originally established in the year 2003. We offer Under Graduate and Post Graduate programmes. From 2012 and 2013 , the department has been started offering Master of Philosophy and Doctorate of Philosophy respectively. We have a dedicated team of about 21 faculty members, including 5 Doctorates with high experience in the Field of Mathematics. The enrolled strength of Mathematics department is around 280 students. The Department has organized several International, National and State level Seminar, Conferences and Workshop with paper presentations and invited talks of high quality. Our department creates an environment where the faculty and continue to grow as teachers and scholars, while providing public and professional service. The department had MOU with IIT Bombay, Spoken tutorial, Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, Indian Skill Development Corporation and also conducted online Exams.
