About the Department

The department is more than two decades old. Since its inception during 1999, we have been constantly innovating through our finest experiences and we are proud that we have been able to produce more than 1500 graduates so far. Having the privilege to be among a very few visual communication institutions that have a tradition to it, we have never failed to focus on the change that the industry is seeing from time to time.The Department consists of 15 faculty members with rich industrial experience and knowledge to equip the students with the needs of contemporary media.

Programme Description

To enhance the knowledge of the students and to make them competitive in the industry, the department has entered into a MOU with MAAC Academy, Adwaves Advertising, Stone bench creation etc. It has also signed MOU with other colleges to encourage faculty and students exchange program between departments. Comprehensible association with the film Industry and media firms, support the students to apprehend the contemporary development of the industry through frequent interaction with the film makers and media professionals.
Students learn Advanced Cinematic and Film Making Techniques, Communication Design, Advanced Photography, Animation Film Making, Post Production Techniques, Advertising, Visual Effects Creation, Media Writing, Character Design, Visual Arts, Sound Design, Computer Graphics etc., through the course.
We provide our aspirants with wide spectrum of latest well-equipped digital studios at par with industry. The studios are designed to achieve parallel growth in theoretical and practical skill keeping in mind the current requirements.
Learning is not appreciated if that will fail in execution.
We are particular about exposing students to actual industrial grounds through internships and training programmes. It has helped them to set realistic goals and make better decisions regarding their career paths.
